SEMESTER 1
pROJECT 1 & 2

The first project was inspired by Zaha Hadid and her Dubai Hotel, Opus. Using the interior as the base I drew overtop with butter paper to create abstract shapes. Over time the shapes were developed and created into 3D forms in the rectangular box.

Term 2 continued with the use of abstract shapes and used inspiration from the final outcome of Term 1. Our culture was also used to develop the concept behind the cube's design. My cube is based on tight family bonds and how although we all have different paths we take, we will always be connected to both sides of our families.
