The aim of this project was to "familiarise students with the conceptualization and presentation of the design of single residential dwelling in Christchurch, on a sloping site. Students will analyse the site possibilities, follow and implement a client’s brief, investigate national and international case studies as references, follow the local District Plan rules for compliance and investigate a range of appropriate sustainability approaches."

One of the more challenging projects in the course, there was a lot of technical elements to consider- especially the slope of the site.
